From Nest to Door — How Long Before Your Magic Arrives?

At Raven + Rune, every piece—whether instantly conjured or carefully crafted—is handled with intention and care. Below is our standard turnaround time for each type of item. Please note that turnaround time refers to the time it takes to process and prepare your order before it ships, not including actual shipping time.

🔹 Ready to Ship

1–3 business days
These items are finished and waiting in the nest, ready to take flight. Once processed, you’ll receive tracking info and your raven will be on the way.

🔹 Made to Order

5–7 business days
Made-to-order pieces are crafted after your purchase. These items require time to shape, assemble, and charm—thank you for your patience while we work our magic.

🔹 Pre-Orders & Custom Orders

7–14 business days
Pre-order and custom pieces are created in small, intentional batches or made entirely to your vision. Because of this, they take a bit longer to leave the roost. You’ll be notified when your item is complete and ready to fly.

  • Business days do not include weekends or holidays.

  • You’ll receive an email with tracking once your order ships.

  • If your order includes multiple item types (e.g., a ready-to-ship piece and a made-to-order one), the entire order will ship once all items are complete.
